Event information: Townhall meeting June 2, 2022
Aruba Chamber of Commerce held a free townhall meeting event on the 2nd of June, concerns and ideas about the proposed new VAT were discuss. The topics that were discussed are amongst others the high level of inflation caused by VAT, the effect on our purchasing power, limitation of depreciation on real estate, abolishment of the investment allowance, abolishment of the self-administered pension and changes in personal income tax.
