Entrepreneurs can browse information on registered companies thru the Chamber’s online registry; the online registry is updated daily.

In addition to a business license, keep in mind that some types of businesses require additional licenses as well.

Company directors who are not born in Aruba nor have the Dutch nationality need to apply for a director’s license at the Department of Economic Affairs.

Contact the Chamber whenever you need information regarding your business or when you have a concern about doing business. The Chamber is here to help or to point you in the right direction.

Write a business plan so you know what you are doing and check it every year to make sure you are still on the right track.

Ask the Chamber to provide you with a branch list or a list of all registered companies. Call ext. 335/342/330 or send an email to businessinfo@arubachamber.com.

Business registration is possible on Monday thru Friday from 8.15am – 11.30am and from 1.15pm – 2.45pm. Make an appointment here.

You can modify and update your company data every time when necessary by logging into your account. Should you require any assistance you can contact or visit the Chamber to help you with the process.

Keep an eye on the Chamber’s activity calendar, so you won’t miss any interesting events in Aruba or internationally that might be useful to your business.

Keep your email address up to date at the Chamber so you can be informed of any interesting news, events or any other relevant information.

After registration at the Aruba Chamber, remember to register the business at the Tax Department where your business will be registered automatically as well at the Aruba’s Social Security (SVb) and General Health Insurance (AZV).

Keep in mind that the Chamber’s annual contribution is to be paid each year by March 15. Payment can be completed through your My Chamber account, by bank transfer (see our bank account numbers at the bottom of the webpage) or at the reception desk at the Chamber’s office.
