Manual – Digital Registry will be a paid feature

Starting from March 27, 2024, viewing of the digital registry will be a paid feature. For those who require continued access to the registry or wish to explore alternative options, credits and/or premium subscription plans at attractive prices can be purchased. The prepaid credit feature offers one-time access to view detailed information of one (1) business per credit, while subscription plans will provide uninterrupted access to view detailed information of all registered businesses during the subscription period. Please be advised that the Digital Registry can only be viewed with an active My Chamber account. 

To view company information

1.     Go to “My Chamber” on the upper right corner (blue)

2.     Fill in your login details (since January 15, 2024 we have changed the way you gain access into your My Chamber account)

3.     On your dashboard click on the “View trade register” tab

4.     Search for the desired company

5.      Select between Prepaid credits or Company details subscription

6.     Click on “in shopping basket’

7.     Click on the shopping basket icon

8.     Fill in the “Name on invoice” field(optional)

9.     Click on “pay immediately” and fill you payment information (you may also pay at our offices or through bank transfer)

Note:

Credits

Prepaid credits can be used to purchase details for a specific company. Credits can be purchased online through your My Chamber or in person at the Aruba Chamber of Commerce.

You can choose between 1, 10, 25, 50, 100, or 250 credits. Credits always costs Afl. 5,00 regardless of the quantity you purchase.

The details of the company can be viewed by clicking on the locked icon button under Company Details.

A pop-up screen will appear with a brief explanation. Take note that the information provided varies according to the legal form of the desired business.

Click on “Pay immediately” to complete the purchase. Take note that this purchase is final and non-refundable. Please verify that you are purchasing information about the desired company.

You can now access detailed information about the desired company. The information can immediately be accessed for a period of 30 days.

Further details of purchase history and remaining credits can be viewed on the “Prepaid credit invoices” page under Administration.

The use of credits is subject to the following conditions:

  • The prepaid credits are valid for one year after purchase. Unused credits will expire after one year.
  • Prepaid credits can only be used to purchase access to company details.
  • After purchase, the information for the selected company remains available for 30 days and can be viewed as many times as the user desires.

Subscription

For those who frequently access the digital registry, we now offer a subscription option. Upon purchasing a subscription, unrestricted access to company information for all registered companies becomes available without the use of prepaid credits. Subscriptions are offered for ninety (90) days (Afl. 300.00) or one (1) year (Afl. 1,200.00).

A notification will be sent thirty (30) days before the subscription expires. Renewal is optional, access to the digital registry will terminate upon the expiration of the subscription period. A new subscription can be purchased at any time thereafter.

When creating a bank transfer for the purchase, please fill the email address which will receive access to the subscription and the desired period (below you will see our bank account details). Send the proof of payment to financial@arubachamber.com. As soon as the payment has been processed you will gain access to additional information of all companies for the purchased period.

When the subscription is active, detailed company information will be accessible for all companies and entities, as shown below.

You can view the status of your subscription  on the “Subscriptions” page under Administration → Subscriptions.

We understand that this change may impact your ability to access certain information or utilize the services provided by our digital registry. You always have the right to view additional information of your own business. In order to do this your account needs to be linked to your business. If you do not see your business under the “My Businesses” tab, please fill this form and send it to support@arubachamber.com  so we can link your business to your My Chamber account. This process requires authorization from the director of the business.
