Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

Starting from January 15th, all logins to your “My Chamber” account will require Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). All existing and new accounts require to setup the MFA.

What You Need to Do:

When logging in for the first time on/or after January 15, 2024:

  1. Go to arubachamber.com and click on My Chamber. Alternatively, you can go to the URL my.arubachamber.com
  2. On the login page, click on “Nu registreren” (Sign up now)
  3. Please fill in your email address and click “verificatiecode verzenden” (send verification code)
  4. You will receive a code in your email
  5. Next, fill in the code and click “code verifiëren” (verify code)
  6. Please create your desired password for using the My Chamber account or use your existing password (consisting of at least 8 digits, at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, a number and a special character)
  7. Fill in the name and surname you want to appear on the My Chamber profile and click “maken” (create)
  8. Next, choose the country code corresponding to your phone number
  9. Enter your phone number and click “code verzenden” (send code). This phone number will be used every time you log in to your My Chamber account
  10. Fill in the code received via SMS and click “code verifiëren” (verify code). Now you can access your My Chamber account.
