The Law of Attraction dictates that you should imagine your desired achievements as though you have already achieved them. In this workshop, you’ll find practical ways to manifest your dreams into reality.
When all your senses are engaged, your goal will be more fixed in your mind. I have found vision boards to be very useful tools. A daily, visual reminder will, not only help you stay on track, but visualization has been proven to strengthen neural pathways. Also, it’s a wonderful way to keep track of your progress. But the process is just as important!
You’ll be happy every time you reach a milestone and even happier when you accomplish your goal!

What will you need:
Write down your goals for 2020 and bring it with you. If you already have a vision board – bring it along.
Learning Objectives:
Seeing yourself in action (as opposed to only imagining the result of your goal) stimulates you to take action. These days, when I finish my morning visualizations, I’m motivated to accomplish the tasks I set for myself – even things I used to dread.
