a. Authenticated Extract of Registration (Uittreksel (NL)) - Afl. 15.00 / Afl. 30.00
The extract is an official proof of registration in the Chamber of Commerce’s Register. It is a summary of the company’s registration data, such as legal entity, its name and address, date of establishment, director(s), and company objectives
The prices for an extract are:
– Extract in Dutch Afl. 15.00;
– Extract in English or Spanish Afl. 30.00;
and will be delivered in your My Chamber inbox account after payment.
How to verify if the extract is a valid document?
With the validation code, found on the extract, you can verify that the extract is an original and valid document, issued by the Aruba Chamber. Please click on the link (URL) visible on the extract to access the code validation page. If you have a hard copy of the extract you can also go to this link: https://my.arubachamber.com/validatie and insert the code, to verify its validation.
*Any suspect on attempt of fraud of the extract will be reported!

b. Photo-static copy of deed (Statuten (NL)) - Afl. 25.00
The Photo-static copy of deed is only available for corporations, foundations and associations. The Photo-static copy of deed is specifically per business.

c. Authenticated Copy of deed - Afl. 30.00
The Authenticated Copy of deed (Gewaarmerkt Statuten) is only available for corporations, foundations and associations. The Authenticated Copy of deed (Gewaarmerkt Statuten) is an Authenticated copy of deed that will be verified and stamped for its authentication and signed by the secretary.

The Trade Registry Forms Duplicate is a copy of the forms which have been filled out and signed by the authorized person to file a company registration, amendment or cancellation. Trade Registry Forms Duplicate is specifically per business.

f. Historical Extract of a corporation - Afl. 30.00 / Afl. 40.00
A historical extract of a corporation will include all the details in a current company extract plus any prior details (amendments) relevant to organization.

g. Declaration of good standing (Verklaring) - Afl. 15.00
The declaration of good standing states that the company has complied up to the moment of request of the document with his financial obligation to the Chamber, as stipulated in article 15, section 1 of the Trade Registry Ordinance.

h. Declaration of registration (Verklaring) - Afl. 15.00
The declaration of registration proves that the company is registered and active in the Chamber of Commerce’s Register. It contains the company’s name, address, date of establishment and owner(s)/director(s). i. Branch lists
The branch lists contain information about companies that are registered with the Aruba Chamber and that are active and have been registered in a certain month, in a specific industry or sector or all active companies registered with the Chamber. It contains information about the company name, address, telephone, e-mail, fax number, sector and the name of at least one director as registered by an authorized representative of the company. Place an order through email businessinfo@arubachamber.com, specifying the list you wish to obtain. Branch lists will be delivered in your email account after payment.

j. Validation of origin of certification Afl. 15.00
The Chamber can certify the certification of origin distributed by Customs of Aruba, which is necessary to prove the origin of your products. To request the validation please send an e-mail to: kvkreception@arubachamber.com.
k. Validation of EUR-1 Afl. 15.00
These are documents certifying the origin of the goods, which are required for export to countries of the European Community. To request the validation please send an e-mail to: kvkreception@arubachamber.com.
l. Copy of permit (Economic Affairs) – Afl. 50.00
Copy of a business license is specifically per business.
