Target Group: Supervisors who need to develop their supervisory skills, techniques and tools applicable for every type of industry.

Objective: To provide supervisors with the necessary daily practical skills, tools and techniques that will lead to better team performances and better results within their organization, that will eventually benefit the customer, clients, employees and supervisors.
