On Tuesday, October 8, 2013 Aruba Chamber organised a lecture on Sales Techniques, presented by Mr. Dave Martinus.
The particpants learned about conversion techniques and communication strategies that might be crucial for a successful negotiation. The information also included how the sales process should flow, how to get customers to sell themselves, how to ask great questions and many other valuable tips for a sales team!
